Refunds & Exchanges

At Natural Shade Taylor Made, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Custom and personalized products (unless damaged or defective)

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or damaged.
